Be sure to use all safety measures whenever you use handheld power tools. Keep all electrical tools away from water.

Be sure to always use the appropriate size and correct pads for the appropriate size 5’ backing plate that comes included with this tool.

Always wear anti vibration gloves when ever you use orbital polishers for long periods of time.

Always wear safety glasses whenever you use handheld machines.

Be sure to keep lose or long clothing away from the machine while working and keep the cord over your shoulder to keep it away from the machine.

Keep long hair in a clip, under a hat or tied back away from the machine when in use.

Keep the machine held securely in your hand when working on automobile paint to prevent it from coming lose and damaging the vehicle you may be working on.

Be sure to use the included wrench to attach the 5” inch backing plate and be sure it is tightened down snugly to be properly seated.

When using this handheld power tool be sure to keep the cord away from the machine and the backing plate to prevent the cord from getting caught up within the tool.

This is a powerful orbital polisher with a speed dial numbered system that works amazing for both polishing and Cutting with the choice of speeds as follows:
1.  5 – 6 cutting
2.  4 – 5 polishing
3.  3 – 4 fine polishing or wet sanding
4.  2 – 3 applications of waxes and sealants

Pick the right combination choice when choosing pads and chemicals to be sure you end up with the correct results and the overall cosmetic look you’re trying to to achieve. achieve.

First attached the correct choice of pad to the surface of the backing plate and be sure it is lined up evenly on the backing plate and that it is securely attached with the Velcro hook and loop engagement system.

Apply about 6 to 6 pee size drop of your chemical choice onto the surface of the pad. Place the pad onto the painted surface before turning the machine on.

Turn on the machine and go in a back and forth and up and down motion keeping the pad flat on the painted surface and be sure to choose the correct machine speed.

To check your work progress, be sure to turn the machine off before lifting it off the surface. Wipe away excess chemicals off the painted surface to check your work and progress.
