Order Fulfillment
Revivify America is committed to ensuring prompt and accurate fulfillment of all orders. Orders are processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Cancellation Policy

• Order Cancellation by Customer:
  Customers may request to cancel their order within 24 hours of purchase. If the order has not yet been processed or shipped, a full refund will be issued.

• Order Cancellation by Revivify America:
  We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to inventory shortages or payment issues. If we cancel your order, you will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.

Refund Policy

  Refunds are available for products returned in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
• Non-Refundable Items:

Return Process
